Osuma Personnel Services is built around the idea of freedom in working life — different paths, different directions, and the possibility to move forward in your own way. The motion language was developed to reflect that same mindset: open, human, and forward-moving without feeling rigid.
At the core was a simple thought of freedom of movement.
Movement isn’t overly controlled or mechanical. It leaves space for variation, new directions, and discovery.
Circular forms play a central role in the system. The circle became a carrier of meaning – representing flexibility, lightness, and the many paths people can take. Elements move along curved routes, reveal new angles, and guide the viewer forward with a sense of ease.
The motion isn’t minimalist for the sake of restraint. Larger gestures and visible movement give the brand personality and presence, while still staying clear and readable. The aim was to create a motion language that feels personal and approachable, yet structured enough to work across brand touchpoints.
The result is movement that supports Osuma’s message: work and opportunities aren’t linear – they move, evolve, and open up in different directions.
